Booking & Appointments
By booking an appointment with Viceinks Inc., you agree to the following terms and conditions.
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your tattoo appointment. This deposit will be applied toward the final cost of your tattoo.
If you need to reschedule your appointment, we require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in the loss of your deposit.
All clients must be 18 years of age or older and must present a valid government-issued ID before the tattoo session begins.
Tattoo Process
Once your tattoo session has started, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued.
Clients are responsible for:
- Carefully reviewing the tattoo design
- Approving the final artwork before the session begins
Any changes or adjustments must be discussed prior to tattooing.
Touch-ups may be available under certain conditions. Please consult your artist for details regarding eligibility and timeframes.
Health & Safety
At Viceinks Inc., we maintain the highest standards of hygiene and safety by using:
- Sterile equipment
- Single-use needles
- Professional-grade inks
Clients are required to disclose any:
- Medical conditions
- Skin sensitivities
- Allergies
We reserve the right to refuse service if a tattoo is considered unsafe based on health concerns.
Liability
Viceinks Inc. is not responsible for any complications resulting from improper aftercare.
Aftercare instructions will be provided, and it is the client’s responsibility to follow them carefully to ensure proper healing.
We are not liable for:
- Pain or discomfort during or after the session
- Healing complications
- Allergic reactions or skin sensitivities

All tattoo designs created by artists at Viceinks Inc. remain the intellectual property of the artist.
Designs may not be:
- Copied
- Reproduced
- Shared or distributed
without prior written permission from the artist.
Agreement
By booking an appointment with Viceinks Inc., you confirm that you have:

- Agreed to comply with all policies outlined above
